      Ab Challenge for the Winter Blahs!

      Would you like to have a six pack like 48 year old Lisa Rinna?  Can you spare 5 to 10 minutes a day?  I challenge you to a 60 day challenge.  I call it the 60 day ab challenge, but as a personal trainer and pilates instructor I need to include all of the core muscles not just the coveted 6 pack abs.

      Be sure to eat a balanced diet.  I recommend the Plan by Lyn Genet for weight management.  Get out and walk everyday, add walking to your daily routine. 

      Starting today, take 5 to 10 minutes out of your day to work your core.  You want to be sure to mix it up, I'll post some exercises each week.

      Today's workout

      • 1 minute - plank
      • 30 seconds - side plank each side
      • 1 minute -  bridge
      • 1 minute -  crunches
      • 1 minute - oblique crunches

       

      Stop Migraines with Anti-Inflammatory Diet

       

      You can stop migraine headaches by changing your diet. I know this because my migraines have stopped since I started following an anti-inflammatory diet. The Lyn-Genet Plan reduces chronic low grade inflammation which is the basis for premature aging, disease and weight gain.
